Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC, 2006) - Spain (Ratification: 2010)

Article I of the Convention. General questions on application. Implementing measures. The Committee notes that, while the Government has taken a number of measures to implement the Convention and address the points raised in its previous comments, limited progress has been made on important issues of compliance with the Convention. The Committee requests the Government to adopt the necessary measures without delay to fully implement the provisions of the Convention taking into account the issues raised in the request addressed directly to it.
