In response to the labor complaint filed against the vessel “GAS PARROT”, with IMO number 9119725, which was abandoned on November 5, 2024 and notified on November 7, 2024, 18 crew members on board (11 from India and 7 from Indonesia), claim (3) months of outstanding wages.

1. On October 3, 2024, the labor complaint was received claiming three months of outstanding wages, repatriation, supplies and the condition of the vessel. Despite being aware of the situation, the company was informed and has not taken any serious action. The AMP sent the 1st communication addressed to the Resident Shipowners, Operators and/or Local Agents, communicating the labor complaint filed against the vessel, and requesting the measures adopted to remedy said deficiencies.

2. By email dated 18 October 2024, the Panamanian Consulate in Indonesia requested the Makassa Port Authority to urgently address the situation of the crew and the vessel.

3. By email dated 19 December 2024, we requested the company president to provide us with a detailed report on the outstanding wages and the repatriation plan.

4. By email dated 19 December 2024, we received information from the ITF that 3 Indonesian crew members paid the amount owed and disembarked from the vessel, evidence provided by the company president.

5. By email dated 18 January 2025, we received information from the ITF:
"I am writing to inform you of an urgent issue regarding the vessel Gas Parrot (IMO number 9119725), which is registered under the Panamanian flag and owned by Gator Shipping and Management on behalf of Kharta Shipping INC.
The owner has failed to resolve immigration issues, resulting in the detention of the crew due to expired visas, which are now over a month since renewal. The crew has requested immediate repatriation and does not wish to remain on board.

6. By email dated 15 January 2025, we received information from the crew, stating the following:
"That the Indian crew has been processed by immigration for deportation, while the Indonesian crew who were unilaterally dismissed by the vessel owner are still on shore awaiting resolution of the issue of entitlements that have not been paid by the vessel owner, also the crew who were dismissed unilaterally by the Shipowner, except those who are still declared as working on the ship by the shipowner, is not liable if there is a loss of assets on board the MT. Gas Parrot".

7. By email dated February 27, 2025, we received information that the Port Captaincy and Port Authority of Makassar who after conducting a physical inspection of the vessel find that there are no crew members on board.
