With respect to the above-mentioned subject and further to your below email dated 11/11/2024, I have instructions to inform you that following an investigation of the incident by contacting the inspector of ITF in Cyprus and in Israel, the Cyprus Shipping Deputy Ministry was informed that the said vessel was considered by the ITF inspector as an abandonment case on 1 of November 2024, and it was reported as such to the ITF headquarters on the 4th of November 2024.

From the information received (attached in the response email) from the ITF inspector in Israel, the Cyprus Shipping Deputy Ministry was informed that on the 4th of November 2024 half of the debt was paid and on the 11th of November 2024 all debts were cleared, a total of 57. 000$.

The ITF inspector consider from his side the case as closed. Thus, the Cyprus Shipping Deputy Ministry has come to the conclusion that the incident has been closed
