Further to our previous correspondence with the Flag State, we would like to formally confirm that the matter concerning M/V Porto Dolicha (ex MATSU ARROW), Call Sign 3FQB8, IMO No. 9687083, has been fully resolved from our side, as well as by the ITF and the Flag State. However, we note that the case remains marked as unresolved on your platform.
Based on the completed corrective actions and full settlement of all outstanding wages, we kindly request that the vessel’s status be updated by removing it from the unresolved list.
Please find attached the relevant correspondence and supporting documentation for your reference.
