We would like to inform you that a team of PSCO from this directorate visited the ship at the anchorage area of Duqm Port on January 14, 2025, and after inspection, it was found that there were many violations, as a result of which the ship was detained.

The ship appears to be detained by the Omani maritime authorities. Second Engineer disembarked the vessel with outstanding wages for November, December and some days of January 2025.

We would like to inform you that a team of PSCO from this directorate visited the ship at the anchorage area of Duqm Port on January 14, 2025, and after inspection, it was found that there were many violations, as a result of which the ship was detained.
It is worth noting that the ship's registration certificate with Palau has expired, and therefore the ship is without a flag. The ship's operator and owner were informed of the detained decision.
Later, on January 19, we received a statement from the ship's captain stating that some provisions had arrived and that they had been provided with the necessary water, and that pensions had been paid for one month.
We would like to inform you that our PSCO are in direct contact with the ship's crew and are following up on the case until all the problems that led to the ship's detention are corrected.
