On behalf of the Indonesia flag state administration, I would like to inform you that:
The vessel MV SERNAKH (IMO 7726392) is not found in the Indonesian flagged ship registration database. Therefore, the flag of MV SERNAKH is remain in question, because it is not registered under Indonesian flag.
I would greatly appreciated if you could make necessary amendment to the abandonment report.
