31 March 2025: International Transport Workers' Federation
The vessel received 9 deficiencies and an 81-day detention by Port State Control in Piraeus, Greece, on November 11, 2024.
The London P&I Club insurance certificate posted for the crew to see states that it was issued on March 5th, 2024, and expired on March 5th, 2025.
1 April 2025: Bahamas

This case has been dealt with together with ITF Canada.
ITF Canada that the settlement between the crew and owner has been accepted and all payments will be settled third April.
BMA has demanded confirmation of the full settlement which is agreed between owners and crew.
Furthermore, I can confirm that the Financial Security insurance is valid until 5th March 2026.
