1. In response to the above mentioned email regarding the abandonment case of the subject vessel (named EILEEN according the attached Registration Certificate), please be informed that following a complaint regarding unfulfilled financial obligation of the shipowner, an inspection was conducted by officers of the local Coast Guard Authority, in the port of Astakos on 20/06/2025. The inspection resulted at the fact that all financial obligations to the crew regarding their wages had been fully fulfilled by the shipowner, while it departed from Greece on 20/06/2025.
2. Taking into account the aforementioned, please consider updating the IMO/ILO joint database on abandonment, by noting the case as resolved.
