Sir we are having urgent issues onboard.as we didnt get paid from last 8-9 months, only have few litres of diesel onboard (30-40ltrs), And also ship owner is in jail regarding some claim of drug issues. And we are contacting all authorities including port state, flag state, harbour master, P&I and all other. But since january to till now we didnt get any solution for our problems.
Also itf is working on our case since October... But till now they didn't closed the case. Also itf provided one tym provisions to ship. Now at present we don't have fuel onboard... Only little around 30-40 ltrs approx. But after this we will be out of fuel and everything.
With the help of itf we gave the power of attorney to court on 15th of April. But till then to now.. We didnt get any update in our case. Also according to itf inspector the company is trying to sell this ship... But as we are also asking to ship's agent... Everytime he is extending time and getting the things delay.. Sir in this situation we will not be able to survived more and die here only... Also we requested itf to supply little fuel to ship... But till now for fuel no action is being taken.
So sir i request you all plz look into this matter urgently and clear all our dues because without our salary we will not leave the ship and will die here only. As we already contacted all authorities, no authority is listening to us and not taking any serious action.
Sir if the seafarers will face the issues like this and no authority will help them then what a seafarer would do 🙏.
Pls take some urgent actions sir because after that i dont know how long we will be able to survive here as no one is lists to us.
Also we send a letter to itf regarding issues onboard.. I am attaching that also for your reference.

We are having only 800ltrs diesel oil onboard after that we will be out of fuel. We are working onboard by last 7-8 months... Till then to now we didn't get our salaries and also we dont have any contact from owner by last more than 2 months and neither of its company employee. We used to talk to vessel local agent ...but he told us that he don't have any update.

Also onboard we dont have fresh water by last more than 20 days and we are about to finish bunker and provision probably in one week. Now we are running emergency generator for 5-6 hours for cooking and to charge batteries. But after some days we will be out of everything and we will not be able to contact to any authority.

Now we are in touch with ISTANBUL ITF inspector...but from his side also we are not getting proper response..as he was working on this case from October.2025. sir looking for this situation we are helpless and no one is helping us. Even we sent mail to harbour master... Didn't get any reply from his side...also we contacted to sector kadikoy 2 times ..but he told us to wait... after that no reply from their side also..

Sir its a humble request from all of us that plz do something early and clear everything including our salary and help us to reach our homes safely.
