Total amount sent 98341$ . Transactions were approved by crew members & bank swifts provided .

In continuation of the below eMail message, this Flag Administration would like to follow up on the Abandonment case of PILOT KHAYYAM ALIYEV (9324801), dated 2nd of March 2026.

To our knowledge, and as per the previously provided email correspondence with attached documentary swift evidence, as officially reported to ITF and ILO, the settlement of wages due to the seafarers onboard the vessel has been effected - pending confirmation of receipt of funds.

By the means of the present message, we would like to kindly seek for your update on the case, or any subsequent information received for our further reference and actions.

7 April 2026: Israel

Regarding the Vessel abandonment report received on 19 Mar 2026, informing the abandonment of M/V PILOT KHAYYAM ALIYEV, imo no. 9324801, Flag: Palau, kindly be advised of the following:
1. At the time notification was submitted to Israeli maritime administration, 19.03.26, the mentioned vessel was on its sea voyage from Haifa to destination in black sea, therefore we could not send PSC inspection team to investigate the complaints. At present, according to Marine Traffic data, this vessel location in Black Sea.

2. Kindly be Noted that The State of Israel is not a party to MLC 2006 Convention therefor is not in the legal position to take formal acts of Detention and prosecution due to MLC violation. Nevertheless, we are making all efforts to attend the vessel following ILO/IMO abandonment report to carry out PSC inspection in order to ensure crew have medical attention and sufficient food. Moreover, we discuss the matter with the ITF representative in Israel.
