(From the ITF inspector)

We here refer to our previous emails to the ITF ABANDONMENT Head office and Mr.*** dated 31/03/2026 and 02/04/2026.

Base on the thorough follow-up, findings and resolve from among the Port State, the ship management and the complainant Mr. ***, a situation
report was sent to ITF abandonment office and Mr *** about the "NO ABANDONMENT CASE" on MV Princess Oge.

As directed by the Port State who boarded the ship at ITF instance, that Mr *** should contact their office for any further enquiry concerning him.

Consequently, there is no case of abandonment concerning the ship, Mv Princess Oge.

We would appreciate an update on the status of the case, as the company has provided an explanation along with supporting evidence related to the payment information and the disciplinary conduct of the crew members. Please be informed that the company has paid four Georgian crew members, including Mr. AAA, in accordance with the employment agreement, without any deductions for repatriation up to their date of disembarkation.
1. Mr. AAA / Pumpman
He has requested repatriation due to dissatisfaction with the food served onboard. (Repatriation request attached )

2. Mr. BBB / OS
He has requested repatriation due to serious family reasons. (Repatriation request attached )

3. Mr. CCC / Bosun and,
Mr. DDD / Pumpman
The Loading Master from Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals FZE has issued a formal Letter of Protest regarding inappropriate behavior in requesting the Bosun to rectify the arrangement of the pilot ladder, which was found to be tilted to one side, creating a safety risk during boarding operations. ( Letter of Protest attached )
During the PSC inspection at the Port of Calabar, the PSC inspector recorded a deficiency noting that two seafarers, the Bosun and the Pumpman, shouted at the Chief Officer and refused to comply with his orders in the presence of the PSC officer, noted as ( Not safe for the other crew onboard and the ship ). (PSC deficiencies attached, requested to sign them off attached )
This was considered unsafe for other crew members onboard and ashore. Therefore, the company has decided to dismiss them due to unsafe operations and concerns for the safety of persons onboard and the vessel.

4. Mr. EEE / AB-2
Completion of contract ( 6 months +/- 1 months )

Additionally, the company has issued a warning letter to the Pumpman and the OS for other serious violations, as attached.

However, the company has arranged for their repatriation and has paid them the full amount of their earned wages.

Therefore, we kindly request that you review the documents and consider this case closed.
