We hereby wish to formally inform you that, with regard to Abandonment ID No. 01694 (Vessel Mohsen – IMO No. 8703270), which has been recorded as being under our flag, all seafarers have been duly paid in accordance with the applicable requirements.

For your reference and further action, please find attached the official proof of settlement of all outstanding payments to the seafarers.

In light of this development, we respectfully request that the necessary steps be taken to ensure that the relevant entry in the ILO abandonment database is duly updated, and that the case be marked as resolved, in accordance with the applicable procedures.

We remain at your disposal for any additional documentation or clarification you may require.

According to the latest information received from Samsun Regional Port Authority regarding the status of the vessel ‘MOHSEN’ it was reported that;

• Port Authority Inspection Officers boarded the vessel in question and held meetings with the ship’s master and then with two crew members. During the meeting, it was declared that the crew’s salaries were paid on time, and the ship’s master submitted a written statement regarding this matter.
• Additionally, documents relating to the payment of wages for the 4 crew members who had left the vessel due to the expiration of their contracts, and the April 2026 wages for the 15 crew members currently on board, were submitted to the Port Authority Inspection Officers.
• As a result of the audit, no issues regarding crew salaries were identified on the vessel.

The Syrian crew member has confirmed that the other seafarers are also owed wages but do not wish to complain.
