With reference to the correspondence below, kindly note that I have carefully reviewed the entire crew list. I can confirm that the case in question pertains solely to CO *** who has duly signed off with his full wages settled. His confirmation for the safe receipt of his full wages is attached herewith for your kind reference.

all of them have duly signed off with their full wages settled. Their confirmations are attached herewith for your reference.
Meanwhile, our Finance team is actively working to reconcile the gap that was inadvertently created during the April settlement for the entire crew. This will be followed by the May settlement shortly thereafter, ensuring full alignment and closure.
