What documents do I need to submit in order to have my thermal cure approved?

You must submit to the Fund's Medical Adviser:

- a medical prescription specifying the place of treatment, the name of the institution, the duration of treatment and the therapeutic orientation of the cure; and
- a medical report specifying the medical condition(s) you are suffering in relation with the prescribed thermal cure.
