THE ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL,

Considering the complaint filed by Miss Simone B�z�f against the International Labour Organisation (ILO) on 13 May 1986 and corrected on 18 June 1986;

Considering the order of 8 August 1986 by the President of the Tribunal adjourning the proceedings;

Considering that by a letter of 23 February 1987 the complainant informed the Registrar of the Tribunal that she wished to withdraw suit;

Considering that by a letter of 26 February the ILO informed the Registrar that it had no objection to the withdrawal of suit;

Considering that suit is unreservedly withdrawn;

DECISION

The withdrawal of suit is hereby recorded.
